Gifted and versatile are two words that best describe singer, songwriter, musician and producer Alvin Frazier. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Alvin has been singing since the age of two and pecking at the keys since the age of three.

Over the years, and without formal training, Alvin would go on to learn to play the piano, guitar, bass and drums. Outside of being a singer and self-taught musician, Alvin had a love for writing and storytelling. He would eventually use that talent for crafting his heartfelt lyrics and intertwining them with his infectious grooves and beautiful melodies. Alvin’s musical journey has been extensive and that is the key to his diversity as a vocalist / musician / producer and arranger.
Alvin attributes his success and rapid development as a songwriter / musician / producer to his faith and devotion to God.

For the past 9 months Alvin has been gradually gaining ground with listeners around the world via the web through his MySpace music page www.myspace.com/alvinfrazier. On the site listeners are able to hear four full selections from Alvin’s current release therefore increasing his demand, fan base and on-line presence. In early 2007 Alvin launched his “official” website www.alvinfraziermusic.com in which his current and future releases will be available. The CD can be found on websites for purchase and download across the globe. In 2008 alvin and his band took his message of love & faith on the road starting with a successful AFN tour of East Asia and is currently preparing a cross-country college tour for the fall / winter of 2008.

alvin frazier’s debut album “Love & Faith: Volume 1” has been noted as being one the most uniquely crafted projects to come on the music scene in a long time. Since the CD’s December 2006 release, momentum has continued to build here in the US and overseas with significant sales in Japan and in the UK.
