Frown Upon was formed in 2000 by bassist Rafe Ruggiero and drummer Eddy Lang. 2005 marks the beginning of a new era for Frown Upon. The recent additions of vocalist Dale Lovley and guitar shredder Tim Ruggiero have solidified the line-up. Look for Frown Upon to be ripping up a stage near you.
