The Set-Setters is energic Rock'n'Roll Punk Rock/New-Wave that primes for innovation following the path of no musical rules. Mixing 60's instrumental surf-music, sound-track inspired tunes, brass instruments, vintage keyboards and whatever it takes to create new textures and experimentations, the band takes New-Wave, Rock'n'Roll and Punk Rock to a higher level.
The Set-Setters is a five-piece band with female main vocal and many instrumental guest appearences. They sing songs in both portuguese and english and currently live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Fans have linked to Blondie, The Sounds and Rezillos, however the Set-Setters have built a strong self-identity that is easy catchable.
