july 2012 a very exciting time as johnny the singer songwriter from the band from the coast in wales uk the childsapilot is putting together a new outfit nearly ten years on from the experimental outfit that produced two iac number ones,the new outfit called newcolumbia have a track here now number one in the alternative modern rock charts called lady lay down,written from a dream by johnny one night in the small hours a huge pendullem of a guitar hook and digging vocal,the childsapilot clocked over a quarter of a million hits with the previous number ones over the years,and we hope the fans will enjoy the new album as its a more mature and formed musical outreach,with a lot more influence,im sure you will hear the feels through the music,tuned to drop c its a step lower than the childsapilot,but the range and depth feel more intense and a deeper vibe,pop song crafting,earth shaking sub divisions and earthy lyrics are the general them,this will be the finest sonic painting to date due august 2012,from the swansea city band newcolumbia,thankyou to everyone for your continuing efforts as lovers of music,enjoy,we share it with you
