From Somerdale New Jersey, Steve Iannetti invites us into a world of jackhammers and drilling; torturing some poor soul day and night. This artist sketches a dismal warning to all that he is a danger to not only himself, but "but everybody else". Scary. Steve has a gift for exposing the ironies of the most mudane of life's scenarios. He does not leave you laughing; but, he coaxes a wry smile . . . He can ,if you listen, introduce you to the sometimes skewed version of what we perceive as Truth. The guitar is wild, set against "special effects" vocals - they create the proper angst. Ianettti's material is all the more impresive, as he is the sole player, singer, and producer. Shades of Martin Scorcese . . .looking foward to the collab with Tom Waits. Check it out... PATTI STERLING

11/28/2009 10:13:59 AM deeply into your 'i see red' (+ its apparent progeny 'leaving the planet.' & 'cup o'dr. j') . with a paucity of words to rival hemingay you geniusly evoke the same feelings i was trying to express in 'dear dr. kevorkian'( which u can see under that title @ youtube.com/ramesqrara). its a song i wrote to dr. kevorkian after they intimidated then unnecessarily removed a benign brain tumor cutting across 13 nerves then ruining the body but never the soul my mother of sainted memory. here's some of the beginnings: dear r. kevorkian, Used to filter the world through me like diamond cutting glass The sharp angles splintered into the morass THEY WERE SURGICAL, METALURGICAL DID MY MOTHER VIOLENCE- DIDN’T SUE SO THEY CAN’T BUY MY SILENCE RESOUNDING FURY GL0RY IN PAIN - BUT FELT LIKE nothing to gain. Thought of writing to you, you who had the courage to break the immoral law suffer the fatal flaw of the system In my humble opinion, you are working well within the kindest gift of the Divine - a painless death was for my mother- she’d have had none other died just as she lived fantasmagoric scene -poe edgar should been there mama digging morphine but even then the scene was fear and trepidation after their torture there was still procrastination she WANTED THE poison but even then \ THEY WOULDN’T BEND, Had to milk it/bilk it /jilt her /tilt'er to the end
