The music of Sofie Bjorck

Is a unique and highly original blend with influences from Swedish old folk songs, and the greatest traditional song treasures of the USA (with it's British influence included) and Sweden, from the medieval times and every time and decade onward. Lyrics are in Swedish and English.

The music is soft, yet progressive at times, a not very common combination. Musicians that inspired Sofie to wanting to become a recording artist were Todd Rundgren and Sally Oldfield, and perhaps on a more subconcious level artist like Bob Marley, and many others.
