Malanna came from a family who loved music and loved to dance. Her European background enriched her life through her father who taught her so much. Malanna always loved singing, dancing, and acting in musical plays, festivals, and school talent shows, from a very young age. Leaving home at eighteen to venture out into the world, she began to write songs. Malanna grew up with classical, opera, rock, pop, and country music. After working on other projects in recording studios, and writing, producing songs, and doing shows with Terry Lee Bolton, she has developed her own style of music. Combining all of her influences into her songs, as she sings from the depths of her heart, you can hear the road that Malanna traveled.
Malanna acted in a Vanderbilt University College Drama Film produced by Uri Conza. She even appeared on VH1 Reality T.V. Series "Motormouth" . She has modeled for trade shows since 1999 and recently Sold Out of her Very Own Smokin Hot 2009 Bikini Calendar shot in Panama City Beach, Florida. It didn't take long for Malanna's songs to start airing on the radio, hitting top ten underground charts.
T-Entertainment released her first music video called "Wanna Know How I Feel". The video aired on the internet on roxwel.com, one of the leading top sites for artists, with thousands of plays per month as well as youtube and myspace. And just recently Malanna Monroe and Terry Lee Bolton did a show at the Los Angeles Orpheum Theatre in front of two thousand plus people for America's Got Talent.
In 2010, Malanna's Full Lenghth Cd, "A Musical Reflection Of Light" will be released and sold on i TUNES. Her music has been described as Theatrical Pop Rock with awesome vocals, great production, and music that you can easily visualize from the lyrics. This cd was recorded in a 24 track analog studio because Malanna wanted the warmth of the sound to infuse her music. There is a lot more to Malanna than meets the eye. She loves her fans and knows that without you, her music and shows would not be possible.
