You Know
I have always wanted to write a song with this kind of theme. I have so many friends and family who are Gay and I have witnessed some of the crap that they go through many times. In this song I just wanted to say that we all no better than to judge other people just because they are different. Yet, so many of us do it anyway. Many use their religious beliefs to justify their actions. Others don't need a reason to be ugly. they just are. It's wrong and you know it.
You know that we all are saved by grace.
You know the creator makes no mistakes

MY HOMETOWN feat Leo and Sharon
On 22nd February 2011 at 12.51pm , the city of Christchurch was staggered by a 6.3 magnitude earthquake which demolished much of the town centre, trapping many people in buildings, demolishing iconic buildings, killing many in the streets with falling rubble.
Many of the citizens have left town as the aftershocks continue-this song is a call of hope for those who call Christchurch home!

Maybe Someday
Let Me Be There
Maybe Someday, a group of aspiring musicians, is comprised of Nate Hosie, Chris Borgna, Jimmy Reynolds, Mike Lesnesky, and Bryan Brophy. Lead singer Nate had been performing solo, as well as in duo with Chris. Both singers and guitar players, Nate and Chris decided to take their music to a new level, and so began the search for additional musicians. They brought on Jimmy, electric guitarist, Mike on bass, and Bryan on drums to round out their line up. Their self titled CD, released in 2009, is dedicated to Marla Hosie & anyone suffering from life's unexplainable tragedies... Maybe Someday you will have your answers...

Walkaway by Katee Lee
The dark whiskey voice of Katee Lee possesses you with her "powerhouse bass and vocals". There's no one else that sounds even close to her in music today ("and...this girl can sing" raves George Stroumboulopoulos). She slays with cadence as she slips easily through big chorus' and leaves fans screaming for more."

The band is like a... um... Well, it's more of a... like a concept... you know? I mean, it's like there's people who are, like, making the music, and sounds... and things that sound like they could be music, and, like, there's people, right, and they're listening, and they're in the band too, you know? And, like, people who are outside, like... walking around... or... They could be on their way to work, man Yeh! yes, like people, and they're on their way to work, and they might be eating or thinking about something, or just inzennothingness, and they're unaware but they too are in the band. We're all in the band That's it, man, we're all in the band together. Well, it's not really a band. It's more like a concept.

words unspoken
I have been writing songs for over 20 years and singing and playing guitar since I was a child. I grew up in a family of writers and my mother was into the folk scene so we were either at poetry readings or folk clubs. I was destined to do something arty and so here I am today still writing songs and playing guitar. One of the most important influences for me was after I won a song writers competition for my song ""Pukerua Bay"", at the Auckland Folk festival in 1990. I won time in a recording studio where I recorded my first album ""Drifting at Whananaki"". The following year in 1991 at the Auckland Folk Festival, I came runner up for my song ""Totara Berry"" after my sister came 1st for her song ""Missing"". I was on my way as a young musician and have since completed a 3 year music diploma and 1st year university music paper where I learnt to read music and play basic piano. I recorded another album in 2004 called ""Metal Roads"" and have another album in the wings.

COASTLINE (feat Jake)
Climate change Anthem-an abduction-aging!
When finally they arrived back in NZ Jake bought a 4 track and began recording in basements and garages and the first homemade album was given away to friends and relations. That was the “Coastlines” CD. Jake moved to the Westcoast of the South Island; Leo grew up and went through Canterbury University, then to the Nelson School of Music from where he graduated ‘with distinction’ and started playing at festivals such “The Gathering” and “Visions.” Leo was also by now recording with friends and creating quite a different palette from Jake. Rob and Hannibal followed the boys lead and changed from playing cover songs to original material and life went on….
