Monkey68 is the musical face of story-teller Vince Tuckwood.
Vince has played guitar since he was 9, in bands since he was 13, lost the use of his hands at age 21 thanks to dermatitis and incompetent doctors, however still played with various bands, most notably The Vultures, Wonky Dodgem, Grope and Bagpuss as well as his UK home recording project, Idiosync. Vince moved to the US in 2003 and, with hands back to normal, set to recording as Monkey68, working on the backlog of songs from his broken hand days and new ones coming along all the time.

With deformities and stunted growth after breaking his legs, he lived with and among the prostitutes, show people and artists of Paris - among his vast output he painted posters for the Moulin Rouge Dance shows (Can-can) and had a very modern cartoon like style - finally he died of Alcohol and STD.
