John Pippus and collaborator Nadia Von Hahn worked together to write this song, now if this doesnt grab someone else's attention beside his promoter here at iacmusic, then there is something desperately lacking in music appreciation and understanding the quality of music John produces. I think he has hit it right out of the ball park on his vocals, too me one of his best works in the aspect of singing and overall presentation, talk about singer being the actor, this is a good example of that being accomplished here on Weapons of Emotion, this is very blue rodeo feel in its sound and structure. kudos to John and all who participated in this wonderful piece of songcrafting and musicianship

Something so sweet about this song for sure, such beautiful rhythmic guitar work and with such gorgeous tonal qualities, indeed somewhat elegant even, and then the truth is revealed in the song, as Miche captures you and reels you in with her haunting inviting vocals and tells that story that we all have been through sometime in our lives, that being caught in a web ,a tangled up confused frustration of sorts, it is never understood why, it is just the way it is and so it goes, we just move on and deal with the hurting..
so fyrefly, there is something special you possess.. is it magical, yeah partly.but it is more at a passion for what you do...I have to say that I rarely find in my musical travels such a connected group , it is the cosmic musical creative vibe that you carry......
this band just rules, such pure Genius.

Cool intro, with Lovely fingersytle pickin' and that kinda way back there subtle deep bass enriches and complements the song ,sweet percussion. The instrumentation is really well placed and captures you quite nicely.It is a wonderful song and the arrangement creeps up on you in a really subtle way, before you know it, you have been hypnotized. Great songcrafting Krista and Tapestry.

Glenn and Lars Mars provide something way fine with that wild electro retro guitar ala Peter Frampton vibe groovin away right from the start. It is so well produced with really a minimal amount of instrumentation. It is very engaging and even enticing perhaps we can say exciting. So wonderful with a fantastic spacey guitar thing that is spinning about your head in its swirling craziness , the vocals are really smooth and down like the rain is kinda haunting and I may even venture to suggest somewhat evocative .if it has not already been, this track should be on hitline sometime...and many more stations

"THE MYSTIC"......is a mind blowing experience..........
I happened to have another visit to Auset's artist page and scrolled down through the songs and my eye caught the song entitled "The Mystic" so I had to have a listen. This song captured my interest and attention immediately. The elements of Ausets soulful vocals, her fluid guitar accompaniment coupled with the tasteful bass lines and the well defined and skillful percussionist who holds it all together so well.
The songs introduction is quite appealing, with its reflective calming quality and to me is quite introspective.
The lead guitarist captures your attention with such a
sweetness of staying within the theme of the songs title with a very Mystical and elegant feel that is very smooth and at the same time piercing the very soul of my being with its own singing quality
The song embodies a skillful tapestry of lyrics and instrumentation that will have you coming back for more of this song many times over and over.."The Mystic" is an exceedingly well written and nicely produced composition. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful song here at IAC-.....bryon tosoff

This is a Very nicely arranged composition. I especially liked the guitar part picking away with a cool funky kick to it, sweet vibe. Great strings and horn sections too.This is a tune with some huge amounts of instrumentation going on. It is not over-produced though, even with a big supporting sound underpinning the vocals. loved the whole thing, Natalie has got the chops and the song writing skills and has put out some terrific songs from what I have heard so far and You're Mysterious is a beautiful song and I am glad to have it here at music is truth ( and thanks again Natalie for filling me in on the details and concept. How has this one escaped me. This group is so versatile in their abilities, individual and collectively. What elegance and so appealing. Very moving, those strings, the orchestration the arrangement, the soul, the vibe, the heart , the connection to the music they have in this composition is amazing what a tremendous piece of work. moving and capturing you like a butterfly, but gently kindly with consideration ,reaching in and pulling at your heartstrings and Miche I think is the best ever in this song, I like all the others I have heard. but this grabs me
