Jesse Adams
The Circus Left Town (ft. Grega Habic)
And now for a COMPLETELY unneccesarily long-winded review of one of my phavorite's on IAC & ABROAD! I guess this piece was supposed to include work from a French Guitarist named CirKus colaboration and all. BUT instead Jesse went with CIRCUS leavin' town theme, and a little glam-rock-Metal triumphant lics, mixed with some reggae/police-like stuff later on... GREAT TUNE. As usual from The diverse and talented young Mr. Adams !!! If you didn't already know this, he is ALSO the recorder/mixer/masterer & producer of his own material. OH CRAP And I shouldn't forget to mention the EXCELLENT collaboration aspects provided by Mr. Grega Habic They both RULE! Damn those JACK-OF-ALL instrument & digital equipment types! Vanilla View
Take a moment to give Vanilla View a good listen. I really dig it! The metaphor and imagery in this tune REALLY rule. The vibe conjures up a 60's meets 90's trip, mixed with a strong Post Millenium indie sound . I'm definitely feeling & seeing your art on this one. Which makes this kind of RECURSIVE, eh? As you said, "When Someone's artistic beauty catches your eye...." And that's a PERFECT lead in song for this station, overPhlowing with some of IAC's BEST songwriters/singers/composers & players. Shit, some of the BEST in the Indie scene as a whole! added to station 7/4/2009 1:26:00 PM
